Jayley has a passion for patient-centred care with the ability to foster good working relationships with patients, staff, physicians and General Practitioners. She has a strong passion for building strategies to work within the RACGP accreditation guidelines.

She has a strong nursing background, working the last 10 years in the General Practice Sector. Jayley has expanded her nursing knowledge and has a passion for HR and Operational management of General Practice.

Jayley is currently the Assistant Practice Manager at Health Hub Doctors Morayfield, Morayfield Family Doctors, and Morayfield Mum and Bub Hub where she works alongside the Practice Manager and co-leads a management team of marketing, recruitment and financial services as well as Leading/Mentoring a senior team of Reception and Nurses.

Jayley is involved with recruitment of nursing and administrative staff, managing of rosters, and ensuring the General Practice is working within RACGP accreditation standards.
