Kellie has a passion for patient-centred care with the ability to foster good working relationships with patients, staff, physicians and General Practitioners.

She has a strong practice management background, working over 10 years as a practice manager in the General Practice Sector and previously worked in medical administration and contract negotiation prior to her practice management role. Kellie has a passion for operational management within General Practice.

Kellie is the Practice Manager of Health Hub Doctors Morayfield, Morayfield Family Doctors and Morayfield Mum and Bub Hub, and co-leads a management team of marketing, recruitment and financial services as well as Leading/Mentoring a senior team of Reception and
Nurses.

Kellie is involved with recruitment of nursing, GPs and administrative staff, managing of rostering of the administrative staff and GPs, and leads the accreditation project of the 4 clinics.
