Kellie is an accomplished manager with over 15 years of experience in healthcare management, known for her passion for fostering patient-centred care and cultivating a positive workplace culture. She has a strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships with patients, staff, physicians, and General Practitioners, driven by her deep commitment to people and organisational development.

With an extensive background in both practice management and change management, Kellie has worked for over 15 years in the General Practice sector, where she developed expertise in operational leadership, medical administration, contract negotiation, and HR management. Her passion for people and culture, combined with her operational acumen, drives her success in leading multidisciplinary teams.

Currently, Kellie is the Group Practice Manager of Health Hub Doctors Morayfield, Morayfield Family Doctors, Health Hub Doctors Woorim, Morayfield Mum and Bub Hub and Morayfield Urgent Care Clinic. In this role, she leads a management team overseeing marketing, recruitment, financial services, and operational excellence. She also plays a key role in mentoring staff.

Kellie’s responsibilities include recruitment of nursing, GPs, and administrative staff, roster management and compliance, and leading accreditation projects across all clinics. Her ongoing MBA studies further enhance her strategic insight into leadership, HR, and healthcare management.
